Encore Medical Research has been serving the South Florida Community since 2017. We began our operations as a standalone Clinical Research Operation focusing on phases II through IV clinical trials and have quickly expanded into three dedicated research sites in South Florida. Our dedicated Recruitment and Retention Team maintains average recruitment of 135 % per trial and a retention rate of 99.7%.

Identify
- We use proprietary pre-screening technology and phone interviews to identify qualified participants, maximizing enrollment opportunities while minimizing screen fail rates. Volunteers are contacted within minutes of inquiring.
Enroll
- Once pre-screening and screening have been completed, and all eligibility requirements are met, volunteers are enrolled. Local online recruitment campaigns launch upon site activation and keep running parallel to study enrollment.
Technology
- We are one of the few Clinical Research Organizations capable of publishing and managing our own digital advertising and recruitment campaigns with our proprietary online recruitment platform.
