Are you at at least 18 years old?

Have you been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)?

Is your A1C in the past month between 7.0% and 10.5%?

Have you ever had chronic or acute pancreatitis?

Have you been hospitalized for congestive heart failure (CHF) in the last 2 months?

Do you have a plan to undergo a stent or balloon (revascularization) procedure?

Am I eligible based on age and diabetes diagnosis?

Yes, if you’re 18 or older and have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes according to standard medical guidelines.

What blood sugar levels qualify me?

You’ll need to have an HbA1c between 7% and 10% at screening to be eligible.

What about my current diabetes treatment?

You must have been on a stable diabetes treatment plan for at least 90 days—this can include diet/exercise alone or up to three oral medications like metformin, SGLT-2 inhibitors, or sulfonylureas.

Are there any weight requirements?

You must have a BMI of 25 or higher and a history of at least one unsuccessful attempt to lose weight through dieting.

Can I participate if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

No. Individuals assigned female at birth must not be pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding during the study.

What else do I need to do during the study?

You’ll be asked to stay engaged—this includes keeping a diary, completing surveys, monitoring your blood glucose at home, and attending all study visits.
