Have you been on ixekizumab (Taltz) for about 3 months (±1 month)?

Have you ever taken tirzepatide or another GLP-1 medication like Ozempic, Wegovy, Trulicity, or Victoza?

Have you been on ixekizumab (Taltz) for more than 4 months?

Have you been diagnosed with moderate to severe plaque psoriasis by a healthcare provider?

1. Who can participate in this study?

Adults 18 years or older with moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis and either obesity (BMI ≥30) or being overweight (BMI 27–29.9) with a related health condition like high blood pressure or diabetes may be eligible.

What treatments must I already be using?

You must have been taking ixekizumab (TALTZ) for about 3 months before adding the study medication, tirzepatide, which you would start within 30 days of enrollment.

What health conditions make me eligible if I’m overweight?

You may qualify if you have conditions like type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, sleep apnea, or heart disease along with being overweight.

Do I need to give myself injections?

Yes. You or a caregiver must be able to self-inject the medication as instructed and be comfortable following the dosing schedule. (Injection training provided)

Are there any rules around birth control or pregnancy?

Yes. All participants must follow birth control guidelines based on local laws and the approved use of the medications. Your study team will explain what applies to you.

What else is expected of me?

You’ll need to attend all study visits, complete health questionnaires, and follow all study instructions throughout your participation.
