Atopic Dermatitis in Adolescents Clinical Study Details
Atopic dermatitis is common and affects up to 25% of children. We are inviting you to take part in a clinical study for children and teens between the ages of 12 and 17 years of age, inclusive, who suffer from atopic dermatitis.

You must be at least 12 years old. If you’re under 18, a parent or guardian will need to provide consent, and you’ll need to give assent.
You must have had chronic AD for at least one year, affecting 10% to 25% of your body. You’ll also need to meet specific scoring levels for itching (NRS ≥6), eczema severity (EASI ≥16), and overall skin condition (IGA ≥3).
You may qualify if your doctor believes you’ve had an inadequate response to topical treatments or if those treatments aren’t medically advisable for you.
Yes, you’ll be asked to log your itching symptoms daily in an electronic diary for at least 4 out of 7 days before the study begins.
Yes, if you’re between 12 and 17 years old, you must weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 lbs).
Participants must follow study-specific contraception guidelines, based on sex assigned at birth and local regulations. Your study team will explain what applies to you.
